Direct purchases (smritsavant.com via Lemon Squeezy)

30 days, no questions asked. Email support@smritsavant.comfrom your purchase email with your order number; the refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. A refunded license is revoked and its amount no longer counts toward the Cross-Platform upgrade credit.

App Store and Google Play purchases

Store purchases are refunded by Apple and Google under their own policies — we don't process those payments and can't override their decisions. Request a refund throughreportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or the Play Store order history (Google).

Trials

The 14-day trial exists so you never need a refund to find out the app isn't for you — nothing is charged until you choose to buy.
